Many of us learn, early on, who we are expected to be - in our families, our communities, our professions, and our bodies.

Over time, those expectations can become internal - shaping how we perform, how we relate, and how we understand ourselves. Therapy offers a steady, confidential space to explore what you've inherited, what you've internalized, and what feels true now.

In my practice, this work takes shape in one of two areas.

For Transitions & Growth

From the outside, your life may appear steady, even settled. You may be managing meaningful work, caring for others, or navigating changes that don't show on the surface.

Internally, the experience can feel more complex: quiet pressure to stay capable, to adapt smoothly, to hold things together. In times of transition, whether chosen or unexpected, it’s common to outgrow old roles while note feeling anchored in new ones.

Therapy offers a private space where you don’t have to perform steadiness. A place to slow down, reflect, and make sense of who you are becoming, without judgment or urgency.

Gender Affirming Care

Exploring or expressing your gender should not require explanation or defense. I provide affirming, developmentally informed care for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive children, teens, adults, and their families.

Whether you are seeking clarity, support, or guidance, therapy here is grounded, respectful, and informed by current research

I provide readiness assessments ("letters") for accessing medical gender affirming care.

A Thoughtful, Depth-Oriented Approach

I view individuals as naturally multi-faceted. The parts of us that strive, protect, withdraw, or over function developed for a reason - often a brave, sensible reason,

Rather than fighting symptoms, we work together to understand them.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in neuroscience and attachment science. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your nervous system. Over time, we strengthen your capacity to lead your life from a steadier, more integrated internal center.
